If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, we are here to help! Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you return an item within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund for the returned item once it has been received at the Avalon University Administrative Office. If you exchange an item within 30 days of the purchase date, we will begin processing your exchange request/new item once the original item has been received at the Avalon University Administrative Office.
Please note if you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged beyond the 30-day timeframe.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for returns or exchanges. Avalon University will only provide a prepaid shipping label for returns if a damaged item was received by the customer.
Items cannot be returned if they have been worn (beyond trying on the item), washed, or damaged/stained.
Items may only be exchanged for the same item but in another size/color/variation.
Items labeled “Final Sale” are not eligible for return/exchange.
If you intend to return or exchange an item, you must have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and/or confirmation number.
